Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information 3D Crafting Mania (“we”, “us”), a 3D printing studio in Cairo, Egypt, collects through 3dcraftingmania.com, why, and what you can do about it.
If you browse or order without an account
- Your cart and language choice are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us.
- When you send an order, a contact message or a custom print request, the website opens WhatsApp (or your email app) with the message filled in. We receive what you choose to send, through WhatsApp or email, under those services’ own terms.
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
If you sign in with Google
Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in, we receive and store:
- From Google: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
- Details you save in your account: name, phone number, governorate or city, and delivery address.
- Orders you send while signed in: the products, options, quantities, prices, order reference and the contact details on the order.
- Your wishlist: the products you save.
How we use it
- To fill in checkout for you, show your order history and keep your wishlist.
- To confirm, make and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores account data and handles sign-in, in its European data centre.
- Google provides the “Continue with Google” sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code libraries. Like any website request, they receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- WhatsApp or your email provider carries the order and contact messages you choose to send.
- If we use a courier, we share only the name, phone number and address needed for that delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details, order history and wishlist until you ask us to delete your account. We may keep order records for longer where we need them for accounting or legal reasons.
Your choices
- You can see and correct your saved details on the account page, and remove items from your wishlist there.
- To get a copy of your data or have your account and data deleted, message us on WhatsApp at +20 111 604 6457.
- You can also remove 3D Crafting Mania’s access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
